To avoid additional charges, please process your cancellation before the scheduled date of arrival as per the hostel’s cancellation policy.

If you do not process the cancellation on time, or you do not show up on time, your credit card will be charged the late cancellation fee. The cancellation fee details are in your confirmation email or online in "My Account" section.


Due to the Coronavirus, please make sure you cancel your booking within the cancellation window.


If your booking was refundable, a credit to your account will apply for future bookings. Credits are valid 2 years on thousands of properties.


If your booking was non refundable, we can not refund your booking unfortunately. We invite you to contact your travel insurance company to request a refund of the prepayments already made for your booking.
